Earl Grey & Cassis Macarons

I love the delicate flavor of tea in my pastries and created these macarons to satisfy that craving. Filled with a milk chocolate earl grey ganache and cassis (black currant) jam center. The earl grey shines through with the sweet milk ganache and tart cassis.
