ingredients

  • Rice paper
  • Tofu, cubed and baked
  • Carrots, sliced
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Red pepper, sliced
  • Fresh mint and/or basil
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Shirataki noodles

Method

  • Step 1

    Place wrapper into warm water for 5 seconds, remove & blot with a paper towel.

  • Step 2

    Lay flat, then add veggies, wrap & slice down the middle.

  • Step 3

    Dip in soy sauce, peanut dip or coconut aminos!
