Vegan Chocolate Banana Waffles
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp cocoa powder .
Pinch of salt.
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Cook batter according to your waffle iron's instructions. Serve warm with your choice of fruits. Enjoy!
