ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced ` mushrooms
  • Thyme, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 slice spelt bread, toasted

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Sauté the mushrooms for a few minutes, until soft. Season with thyme and salt to taste. Put on top of toast.
