- 1 package Italian chicken sausage, sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil
- Salt and black pepper, To Taste
Heat your pan with avocado oil, sauté your onions, zucchini, and bell peppers with salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes or until nice and caramelized. Once veggies are done remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add in sausage and cook for a few minutes, until caramelized on each side. Then add back in the veggies, mix, and serve.
