ingredients
- 1 french baguette
- 2 cups pizza sauce
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces pepperoni slices
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425˚ F. Line a sheet tray with tinfoil.
Step 2
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, then into 8 sections and put onto pre-lined sheet tray.
Step 3
Add 1/4 cup of sauce to each and divide the cheese and pepperoni evenly onto each mini pizza. Bake until bread is crispy on the bottom and the cheese has melted and browned, 10-15 minutes.
