ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon mixed with 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon hot water Butterfly Pea Flower powder
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 3/4 cups plus 1 tablespoon cold water
  • Ice cubes

Method

  • Step 1

    Place the cooled Butterfly Pea mixture in a jug and add lemon juice, lemon slices and ice cubes. The lemon will change the color of the Butterfly Pea tea from blue to purple. Add cold water and serve straight away or let infuse 20-30 minutes before serving.
