Base:
ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa protein powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flax seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 shot of espresso
- Vanilla extract, to taste
Cream Cheese Layer:
ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
Magic Shell:
ingredients
- 2 teaspoons dark chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients for the base in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients for the cream cheese layer in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Start by spreading the base mixture into your favorite jar, then add the cream cheese mixture on top of that. Repeat the process once more to achieve nice-looking layers.
Step 4
Mix the ingredients for the magic shell.
Step 5
Without waiting, pour the magic shell mixture over the base layer.
Step 6
Lastly, leave it in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
