ingredients
- 1 bag Cascadian Farm frozen Powered By Plants Farro, Broccoli, Carrots & Chickpea
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- tzatziki sauce
- 1 package unseasoned tempeh
- olive oil
- feta cheese, optional
- olives, optional
To Season the Tempeh:
ingredients
- olive oil
- oregano, to taste
- rosemary, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- dill, to taste
- onion powder, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Season tempeh with olive oil, oregano, rosemary, garlic powder, dill, onion powder, pepper, salt.
Step 3
Place tempeh on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Cut into strips or cubes.
Step 4
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add Cascadian Farm frozen Powered By Plants Farro, Broccoli, Carrots & Chickpea. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Spoon farro blend into bowls. Top each bowl with tempeh, cucumber, tomato, and tzatziki. Top with feta and olives, if desired.
