ingredients
- 4 ounces watermelon juice
- 4 ounces mezcal
- 2 ounces mint simple syrup
- 2 jalapeno slices
- 3 cucumber slices
Method
Step 1
To bottom of each serving glass, add mint leaves, simple syrup, cucumber slices and jalapenos and muddle gently. Make sure to press, don't twist.
Step 2
Pour in mezcal and watermelon juice. Fill halfway with crushed ice and stir to combine. Top with additional crushed ice, mint leaves, a jalapeño slice, and/or a watermelon slice.
