- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, plus more for greasing the pan
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 box Cascadian Farm Cinnamon Crunch Cereal
Method
Step 1
Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish with butter. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat until it bubbles and turns a light brown, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook, watching carefully, until the butter is browned but not burnt.
