You've had milk's favorite cookie, but this is your cookie's favorite milk! We made a delicious cookies and cream plant-based vegan milk, exclusively created for all of your iced coffee dreams. In an alliance similar to the Powerpuff Girls, Oreos, coconut cream, and oat milk come together to create a treat that's slightly less indulgent than a frappuccino but is significantly more satisfying. The best part: it is 100% vegan and honestly, it's better this way! We highly recommend using a barista-blend oat milk (such as Califia or Oatly), it's going to make your final product even more creamy. ingredients

  • 10 single stuffed Oreos or chocolate sandwich cookie of choice
  • 2 cups full fat or barista blend oat milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream

Method

  • Step 1

    Place the cookies in the oat milk and let them soak for 10 minutes or until fairly soft.

  • Step 2

    Add the cookies, milk, and coconut cream into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into a jar or sealed container and store in the fridge overnight.

  • Step 3

    About 20 minutes before serving, shake the container and strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

  • Step 4

    Use this milk the way you would use any other coffee creamer. You can shake it up with cold brew or add to a glass full of ice and your favorite espresso and enjoy!
