- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or honey), adjusted to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- Yogurt of choice (plain, vanilla, or coconut; optional: mix with protein powder)

- 2 tablespoons (28 grams) dark chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Method
Make the tiramisu oats:
Step 1
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, ground coffee, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and cacao powder. Stir well to combine.
Chill:

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soften and the mixture to thicken.
