Pancakes
ingredients
- 60 grams oats
- 1 scoop (30 grams) vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 shot coffee or espresso
- 100 ml almond milk
Toppings
ingredients
- Coffee and water combines
- 1/2 cup non fat vanilla greek yogurt
- Cocoa powder
Method
Step 1
Blend the pancake ingredients until it forms a smooth, even consistency.
Step 2
Add ¼ cup mix to a non stick pan on medium heat for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
Step 3
Drizzle the diluted coffee mixture over the pancakes, then add a dollop of yogurt. Stack and repeat with your pancakes. Sprinkle with cocoa powder to garnish.
