Oats
ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
Chocolate Ganache
ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
- 1 tablepsoon unsweetened cacao powder
Garnish
ingredients
- Crushed lotus biscuits
Method
Step 1
Mix ingredients. Make chocolate ganache. Layer on top of oats and add crushed biscoff biscuits. Refrigerate overnight.
