  • 1/ 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/ 2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder

Chocolate Ganache

  • 1/ 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
  • 1 tablepsoon unsweetened cacao powder


  • Crushed lotus biscuits


  • Step 1

    Mix ingredients. Make chocolate ganache. Layer on top of oats and add crushed biscoff biscuits. Refrigerate overnight.
