ingredients
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 espresso shot, or ¼ cup strong coffee
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients with the exception of the yogurt and pour into a glass. Refrigerate overnight. Top with yogurt and extra cocoa powder before serving.
