ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 ounces brie, sliced
- 1 1/2 ounces fig marmalade
- 1 pear, sliced
- 1 handfull whole pecans
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Toast bread slices in the oven for 7-8 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway through.
Step 3
Place two slices of brie on the bread slices, and return to the oven. Bake for 5 more minutes or until the cheese starts to melt (being careful not to burn the toasts).
Step 4
Remove from the oven and top with sliced pear, fig marmalade and pecans. Serve immediately.
