"Hazelnut Chocolate Chia Pudding, inspired by amazing Taline @talinegabriel and her #hippielaneapp Got the two new packages "Nourish and Glow" and "Let's Party"?Can't wait to try out some of savory recipes, cause, you know, besides being a total chia pudding addict (quite obviously?) am actually much more on the savory side.
First time I made the pudding with hazelnut milk. Oh, and it gave it a totally different flavor, in combination with cocoa mixed in yoghurt, bit nutella-like?....you got yo try it!

Recipe Intro From delicious_and_healthy_by_maya
Chia pudding is well known at this point for being great make-ahead breakfast, in no small part because of the satiating element they add to any dish thanks to their high fiber, omega-3 and protein content. What I love about this version is the flavor combo - this breakfast (or even dessert, if a little sweetener were added) reads like a deconstructed Nutella.
RECIPE:
Portions: 1
Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup hazelnut milk
2 cups soy/coconut or any other plant yoghurt
1 tbsp cocoa or chocolate plantbased protein powder
1 tsp maple syrup
Method:
Soak the chia seeds in milk, add maple syrup and stir a few times in period of first 5 minutes, until the gel starts to form and the seeds are equally distributed. Leave to sit at least 1 hour, best overnight. When pudding is ready, mix it with 1/2 cup of yoghurt. Divide the rest of yoghurt in two parts and mix into one cocoa/protein powder. Now, you're ready to layer the whole thing as in the picture. Enjoy!
