For the salad
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 pound imitation crab sticks, shredded
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons black sesame seeds

For the dressing
- 1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Method
Step 1
Start by shredding the crab sticks along their length.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha mayo, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame seeds until well combined.
Step 3
Mix the dressing with the shredded crab.
Step 4
Thinly slice the cucumbers and arrange them on a plate.
Step 5
Place the crab mixture on top of the sliced cucumbers.
Step 6
Top with avocado slices and sprinkle with more sesame seeds.
