Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches on Potato Bread

"🍞Potato bread 🥜Creamy peanut butter (sometimes I make it at home, most of the time I’ll just buy) 🍒Fruit preserves: raspberry or cherry HERE’S THE BIGGEST TIP OF ALL: top the peanut butter with flaky sea salt, sumac, and black pepper. These PB&J's got an upgrade from the usualy strawberry or grape jelly to raspberry/cherry preserves and creamy peanut butter topped with flakey salt and sumac!

  • 6 slices of potato bread
  • 6 tablespoons raspberry preserves
  • 6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • flaky salt, as desired
  • sumac, as desired


  • Step 1

    Add two tablespoons of preserves to three slices of the 6 slices of bread. Add two tablespoons of creamy peanut butter to the remaining slices and season with sumac and flaky salt to taste. Close the sandwich and enjoy.
