ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 10 ounce block extra firm tofu
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook the spaghetti according to packaging instructions.

  • Step 2

    Meanwhile, add the tofu, onion, plant based milk, apple cider vinegar, garlic, nutritional yeast and cornstarch to a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Step 3

    When the spaghetti is almost done, pour the sauce into a pan over a medium heat. Drain the spaghetti and transfer it to the pan with the sauce, and mix until the sauce thickens.
