Oatmeal
ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy porridge oats
- 1/4 cup vanilla soy isolate protein powder
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon dairy free yoghurt
Toppings
ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced `
- 1/3 protein bar
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
Method
Step 1
Stir the oats, coffee and almond milk together in a pan and bring to the boil. Turn down a heat and simmer for 3-4 mins, stirring to add creaminess. Off the heat, stir in the protein powder and yoghurt. Top with the suggested toppings above and devour!
