Grilled Peaches with Burrata, Olive Oil and Balsamic

  • 8 ounces burrata, torn
  • 4 peaches, halved
  • 1/4 cup mint
  • Olive oil, as needed
  • Balsamic vinegar, as needed
  • Flaked sea salt, To Taste


  • Step 1

    Heat grill to medium. Toss peaches with olive oil. Grill facedown for 3-5 minutes, until soft and develops grill marks.

  • Step 2

    Toss burrata, peaches, balsamic vinegar in a bowl and season to taste with salt. Serve immediately.
