Spinach Artichoke Garlic Bread

  • 1 large loaf Italian bread, halved legnthwise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced and divided
  • 10 ounces chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, diced
  • 1/3 cup Wesson Plant Butter with Olive Oil


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2

    In a large bowl mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan and 1/2 of the garlic. Add the spinach and artichokes. Mix until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Spread over each side of the bread and top with the mozzarella.

  • Step 4

    Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Step 5

    Meanwhile mix the remaining garlic with the Wesson Plant Butter with Olive Oil.

  • Step 6

    Slice the bread into serving pieces and top each one with the garlic butter.
