Most nostalgic food= PB&J. And it literally never gets old. We love keeping this toast in our repertoire, to pull out whenever the mood hits. It's the perfect simple vegan breakfast, and if you want it can be gluten free too. This features a quick homemade "jam" and you can even make your own peanut butter!

  • 1 slice multigrain bread, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/ 2 cup raspberries, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


  • Step 1

    Spread the peanut butter on the toast. Mix the raspberries and chia seeds together, then spread over peanut butter.
