- FOR THE CUPCAKE:
- 218 gram all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 250 gram sugar
- 115 gram at room temperature butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 at room temperature eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest (add more if desired, I used the zest of three small lemons)
- 1 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 teaspoons flour
- FOR THE BLUEBERRY BUTTERCREAM:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup at room temperature salted butter
- 1/2 cup at room temperature unsalted butter
- 3 -4 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra blueberries for decoration
