Carrot Quiche

QUICHE OF CARROTS
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 large onion
5 carrots
1 can of natural tuna
1 egg L
250g skim milk
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Method
Press puff pastry into a quiche mold or other similar (do not brush with oil, or butter), prick the whole base with a fork and bake in a preheated 180ºC oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile in a nonstick skillet add 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil heat. Chop the onion into small pieces and put it in the pan, let it simmer on a low heat.
Peel the carrots, and chop into small pieces each, add them to the pan once the onion is transparent, let it cook over a low heat until the vegetable is tender, finally add the can of tuna to the natural, mix everything together. Season with a little salt and pepper.
In a dish, beat the egg and add the milk little by little, mix well and pour into the pan where we have the carrots, onion and tuna, mix everything well, pour the filling in the puff pastry and bake in a 180 °C oven for 30 minutes.
If you want to decorate the quiche like I have done, when you pour the filling arrange 3 carrots on top before baking
