All you need to whip this up in just 10 minutes is dates, vanilla extract, maple syrup, a pinch of salt, creamy oat milk, and a food processor or blender.

ingredients
- 1 pound Rancho Meladuco Dates, (about 20 dates)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- pinch flaky salt, or kosher salt
- 3/4 cup warm extra creamy oat milk
Method
Step 1
Soak dates in warm water for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add dates to a food processor or blender and pulse to chop. Add vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt. Blend to combine for 1-2 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl as needed. Slowly stream in warm oat milk while motor is running. Continue to scrape the sides as needed. Blend until the consistency is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
