Lime avocado 'cheesecake' now on the blog. No turning the oven on to make this dessert!  Just as well in this weather, though it won't last long at room temperature of 32c ☀️! Coconut oil holds it together and if your kitchen jar is currently liquid rather than solid you'll know what I mean! Topping made in my @froothieuk - so smooth!
