In terms of flavors, itβs my favorite crumble recipe I have created so far. For sure, I Iike apple crumble or even the spring strawberry & rhubarb crumble, but this one is very special. Not only your taste buds gonna like it for sure, but your body too. I have replaced gluten loaded flour by oats and hazelnut meal (β‘οΈ gluten free), refined sugar by coconut sugar and maple syrup (β‘οΈ naturally sweetened) and butter by coconut oil (β‘οΈ vegan and healthy fats). So, are you still hesitating to bake it? I canβt wait to dig my spoon in the melting pear (and chocolate obviously) π«πβ£"
