Chia Cranberry Sauce With Orange Zest & Honey


1 bag of 8oz fresh cranberries
Juice of 1/2 orange and 2 tbsp of zest
1 cup of water
3 tbsp raw honey
1/3 cup chia seeds

1. Add all above ingredients in a fry pan and stir on medium heat until honey dissolves and cranberries pop and are soft, about 6 minutes

2. Turn off burner and add an additional 1/3 cup of water and chia seeds and stir.

3. Pour into serving container and refrigerate for 4 hours. Great thanksgiving side to make the day before!
