Save all of your veggies stalks, stems, peels and trimmings throughout the week in freezer safe bag or container and pull them out on Sunday night to simmer. The holiday season is just around the corner and homemade veggie stocks adds so much flavor to soups, stews, grains and sauces. It most certainly won’t go to waste!
