Salmon Marinade
ingredients
- 2 .5 lb fillets salmon
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- 2 teaspoons sake
- 2 teaspoons gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Method
Step 1
Mix and marinade the salmon for 30 minutes or more if you have time then roast in a hot oven for 15 minutes or place under a hot grill.
Step 2
Serve with steamed wholegrain rice and the vegetables of your choosing.
