  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Tortilla chips, for serving
  • Jalapeños (optional), for topping
  • Pico de gallo (optional), for serving

Method

  • Step 1

    In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, water, 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and paprika.

    Blend the mixture until it is smooth.

  • Step 3
