  • 1 can Medium Red Gold Salsa
  • 1 can Red Gold Tomato Love Mild Diced Tomatoes + Green Chillies
  • 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans or three bean blend
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2

    In a deep rectangular baking or casserole dish, spread a layer of beans on the bottom of the dish followed by the salsa, then corn and green onions.

  • Step 3

    Top with Red Gold Tomato Love Mild Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies and then the cheese. Garnish the top with more green onions and the olives.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 10-12 minutes until the ingredients heat through and the cheese is fully melted.

  • Step 5

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve with nachos, sour cream, and guacamole.
