If I could take bibimbap in a bowl and translate it into hand held rolls, this would be it!

These #ricepaperrolls are always fun to eat. I made them using toppings usually put on the Korean #bibimbap , gochujang beef/pork, vegetables, and kimchi. We had these two ways, with the rolls and rice bowl (not in the photo). Recipe is up on the blog. Link in profile. Have a great weekend ❤
