Pasta Salad


  • 8 ounces pasta of choice, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 cup Tuttorosso Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 English cucumber, chopped
  • 2 ounces salami, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup fire roasted sweet red peppers, chopped
  • 8 ounces mozzarella pearls
  • 1 (2.5 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil



  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  • Step 1

    Add the cooked pasta, Tuttorosso Petite Diced Tomatoes, cucumber, salami, red onion, red peppers, mozzarella cheese, black olives, and fresh basil to a large mixing bowl.

  • Step 2

    In a separate bowl prepare the dressing. Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil. Whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 3

    Pour the dressing over the pasta salad ingredients. Toss to combine thoroughly before serving.
