For the Chocolate Sauce
ingredients
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon raw cacao powder
- Tiny pinch of sea salt
For the Double Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
ingredients
- 1 cup sesame milk (or plant milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 2 tablespoon hemp protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- 1/2 teaspoon maca
- 1-2 small pitted dates (or 1 medjool date)
- 1/4 frozen avocado
- Pinch of vanilla protein powder
- Tiny pinch of sea salt
Make the Chocolate Sauce
Method
Step 1
Melt coconut oil, ghee and honey on low heat in a bain marie or microwave.
Step 2
Mix in cacao powder and salt. Stir until smooth.
Make the Double Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Step 1
Blend everything on high until smooth in a high speed blender, such as a Vitamix.
Step 2
Top with granola, coconut flakes, toasted hazelnuts, almond butter, homemade chocolate sauce, and a few pieces of good quality chocolate
