Sautéed Lemony Shrimp and Zoodles
Quick and easy #glutenfree dinner option - blackened lemon shrimp with zucchini noodles. ⠀ ⠀ Following my intuitive eating path back to gluten-free. Not because it’s trendy, or because gluten is evil, but because I feel 100% better and have a lot less stomach issues when I do. ⠀ ⠀ If zoodles aren’t your thing, you could swap in rice noodles for another gluten-free option.
