- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Sesame seeds, as needed, plus more for topping

- Grilled Chicken breast ( Can be substituted for Tofu or protein of choice), optional for serving

Method
Step 1
Boil the soba noodles in water as instructed on package, about 4 minutes.
Step 2
Strain the noodles and rinse with cold water.
Step 3
Allow the noodles to cool for 15 minutes.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine the chili crisp, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sesame seeds to taste.
Step 5
Mix the sauce with the soba noodles until the noodles are fully coated.
Step 6
