- 2 pieces frozen, peeled and sliced ripe bananas
- 2 pieces frozen, peeled and sliced kiwis
- 1/ 2 teaspoon blue spirulina
- 1/ 2 teaspoon green matcha
- 1/ 2 cups coconut milk full fat
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Blend all ingredients together , I prefer using canned full fat coconut milk the white part since it makes the smoothie thicker , but feel free to add any other plant based milk of choice .
Add the smoothie in a coconut bowl and enjoy adding frozen fruits for topping .
