What a perfect way to start you day with this smoothie bowl! This smoothie get's it emarald color from blue spirulina and matcha and enriched with banana, mixed berries and kiwi! Also this St. Patrick's Day decoration is adorabe!

ingredients

  • 2 pieces frozen, peeled and sliced ripe bananas
  • 2 pieces frozen, peeled and sliced kiwis
  • 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • 1/2 teaspoon green matcha
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk full fat
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients together , I prefer using canned full fat coconut milk the white part since it makes the smoothie thicker , but feel free to add any other plant based milk of choice .

  • Step 2

    Add the smoothie in a coconut bowl and enjoy adding frozen fruits for topping .
