Pecan Brownies

  • 1 14 oz can drained black beans
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 50 gram pecan nuts
  • 50 gram vegan dark chocolate


  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven for 180 C degrees. Line a small baking tray with grease paper.

  • Step 2

    Put all the ingredients apart from the nuts and chocolate to a blender. Mix for a minute until you get a smooth texture.

  • Step 3

    Chop the nuts and chocolate roughly and mix in with a spatula.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 20 minutes.
