"RAW SNICKERDOODLE SLICE So seems based on some of the replies on my last few posts that pavlova is a really big deal when it comes to holiday / meringue desserts. I'm wondering, has anyone made a proper eggless pavlova here? I've tried many recipes, and came very close with my own with aqufaba, but I haven't cracked the mystery of an actual pavlova yet. I feel like you'd get "egged" (pardon the pun ?) if you present a sub-par version given the level of enthusiasm for this beautiful dessert, and I've not seen a decent substitute so far (even with regular sugar)(beyond just making a giant meringue nest that's slightly softer in the middle). Anyone made a proper vegan pavlova here? I'd love to hear your experiences trying recipes and your thoughts on so-so versions Until then, I'll stick to my snickerdoodle slices in public "
