- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce sparkling wine
- orange twist, for garnish
- ice, for serving
Method
Step 1
Combine campari and sweet vermouth in a small cocktail pitcher and stir to combine. Pour into an ice-fill rocks glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with orange twist and enjoy.
