ingredients
- 1/2 pound Boston strip beef, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons red wine
- 2 tablespoons homemade mayo
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped capers
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon srirascha sauce
- Salt and black pepper, To Taste
- 2 whole egg yolks
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together except for the egg yolks.
Step 2
Plate the tartare making sure to have a little flat space on top to place the egg yolk. Place the egg yolks on top of your tartare and enjoy.
