There's no time like the present to try air-fried artichoke hearts. The crispy artichoke hearts are served with a lemon-garlic dipping suace.

- 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Salt
Dipping Sauce
ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Garlic powder
Method
Step 1
Preheat air frier to 400.
Step 2
Drain and pat your artichoke hearts dry. Lay them out on a baking sheet covered with foil or parchment (whatever you use in your air frier).
Step 3
Mix the olive oil and spices together in a small dish. Brush the mixture onto the artichoke hearts, making sure they are evenly coated. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top. Put them in the air frier for 14-16 minutes or until slightly crispy! Flip the artichoke hearts half way through baking for an even fry.
Step 4
For the dip, mix all ingredients together and adjust to taste.
