ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups frozen riced cauliflower
  • 4 cups frozen baby spinach
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 scoops protein powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on medium until combined. add extra almond milk until desired consistency is reached. Transfer to a bowl and top with sliced banana, kiwi, pumpkin seeds, and cacao nibs for crunch.
