"Mac n' Cheese Pizza...want a slice? Or want to make your own?!? Well you can, because I've teamed up my amazing friend, plant based health coach Michelle @buddhabowlsandburpees to bring you the recipe! This totally decadent mac n' cheese pizza is made of entirely healthy plant based ingredients, including Banza chickpea elbows which are soy free, vegan, non-gmo, and certified gluten free! "

Mac n' Cheese Pizza

Cook 1 package of Banza elbows according to package directions. While pasta cooks, prepare cheeze sauce.

For the Cheeze Sauce:

1 cup cooked Japanese sweet potato (with the yellow inside)

1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk

1/2 cup nutritional yeast

1 tsp garlic powder

2/3 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp black salt (or sea salt)

Blend in a high speed blender or food processor until creamy. Add additional plant based milk by the tablespoon until desired consistency is reached. Mix cooked pasta in cheeze sauce. Set aside.

Prepare your favorite gluten free pizza crust and sauce.

Put a layer of pizza sauce on your crust and then add a nice layer of the mac n' cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until edges are brown. Serve any leftover mac n' cheese on the side with a huge raw salad!
