- 1/2 pound fusilli lunghi pasta
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Fresh parsley, to taste
- Chili flakes, to taste
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving a dash of pasta water.

In a pan over medium heat, add butter, olive oil, and minced garlic. Sauté until garlic is fragrant.
