- 3/4 cup protein powder
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or preferred sweetener)
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons flax meal

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder, coconut sugar (or your choice of sweetener), oat flour, cocoa powder, and flax meal.

Slowly add the plant milk to the dry ingredients while stirring continuously. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined. If the batter appears too dry, you can add additional non-dairy milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the batter sticks together and is easy to work with.

Transfer the mixed batter into a cake or loaf tin, spreading it evenly to create a smooth, uniform layer.
Step 4
Place the tin in the refrigerator and allow the protein batter to set for about 20-30 minutes. This step helps the bars firm up.
Step 5
Once the batter has set, remove it from the refrigerator. Use a sharp knife to cut it into bars of your desired size.
Step 6
To add a delectable touch, you can dip the bars in melted chocolate. To do this, melt your favorite vegan chocolate (dark chocolate works wonderfully) using a microwave or a double boiler.
Step 7
Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are evenly coated. You can use a fork or a chocolate dipping tool to make this process easier.
Step 8
Place the chocolate-coated bars on a baking sheet or tray lined with parchment paper.

Allow the chocolate to harden by air drying at room temperature or expedite the process by placing the bars in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
